Blocking New Sign-Ups
Under the Branding tab of your Block, toggle Block new user sign-ups to prevent new users from signing up through your Block, while still allowing existing users to log in.

What users see
When sign-ups are blocked, a registration attempt is rejected with Registration is currently disabled (HTTP 403). Existing users can log in as normal.
Turn the toggle off to open registration again.
